How can I know your price?
The price is based on buyer's specific requirement. Please provide shop drawings/window schedule for dimensions, quantity, type, frame color, and glass specifications (thickness, type, color).
What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our product is CUSTOMER MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.
What is your delivery time?
Usually 30~45 days after the deposit is received and drawings are confirmed.
What is your standard color for aluminum frames?
We primarily use powder coating, with standard colors including Frost Black and Sliver Grey.
What are your payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty, including frame color retention, and proper hardware functionality. Replacement parts can be provided via international courier for any quality-related issues.
