A1: Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable in one 20GP or one 40HQ (we suggest 3-6 models).
A2: Yes, we can. Customers should send us the drawing for checking first, then we will respond with the correct drawing for production.
A3: For small samples, we can offer them for free. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation, but we will refund the sample charge if you place a bulk order next time.
A4: We offer overseas installation services.
A5: Delivery time is about 20-35 days. After confirming specs, we issue solutions, invoices, and drawings for approval. A 50% deposit starts production. We provide media updates before collecting the balance and shipping.
A6: We stock standard hollow metal doors and frames. For specialized or customized project orders (size, color, lock type), we arrange production according to the project schedule.
