1. What is the standard delivery time for orders?
If production is required, our standard delivery time is 15-20 days after the 30% deposit has been received.
2. Do you maintain stock of your products?
Yes, we normally maintain stock for several basic designs at promotional prices for immediate dispatch.
3. What are the accepted payment terms?
Our primary payment term is T/T: a 30% deposit before production, and the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the B/L.
4. What materials are used for the door infilling?
Depending on your requirements, we use high-quality Honeycomb paper, Rock wool, or Fireproof Board for door insulation and strength.
5. Can the door opening direction be customized?
Absolutely. Our doors can be manufactured for both inward and outward opening, in either Left or Right configurations.
